Overnight Barista (Night Shift)

About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Liverpool as an Overnight Barista, working the 11 pm‑5 am shift. You will craft coffee, serve food and drinks, and create a welcoming experience for customers during the night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, toasties and seasonal menu items to Costa standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Handle cash and card transactions using the store’s point‑of‑sale system.
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure smooth operation and timely service.

Required profile

• Multi‑tasker with a can‑do attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
• Perfectionist who strives for excellence in product quality and service.
• People‑oriented team player comfortable engaging with customers.
• Confident working in a two‑person night shift team.
• 18 years or older, due to night‑working requirements.
