P2P Global Process Owner

About the role

This is a senior, full‑time opportunity for a global Invoice‑to‑Pay (I2P) expert with strong SAP ECC experience. You will lead the optimisation of the end‑to‑end P2P process for a leading manufacturing business, working closely with Finance, Procurement, IT and Shared Service Centre teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and automation of the Invoice‑to‑Pay process across a global network.
• Standardise, simplify and automate Accounts Payable activities.
• Provide functional expertise on SAP invoice processing, purchase order management, two‑ and three‑way matching and PO types.
• Advise IT and Procurement on optimal use of SAP ECC (knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus).
• Ensure compliance with country‑specific regulations while maintaining global standards.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements and process optimisation projects.
• Build trusted relationships with AP teams and senior stakeholders as the go‑to expert.

Required profile

• Extensive functional experience with SAP ECC in an Invoice‑to‑Pay or Procure‑to‑Pay environment.
• Strong expertise in Accounts Payable processes and the ability to influence AP teams.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Centre or global finance function.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and automation.
