Packaging Associate – Immediate Start (Pharma)

About the role

We are seeking a Packaging Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company on the outskirts of Horsham. The role operates in a highly regulated clean‑room environment, handling and distributing clinical products on a fast‑paced schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, package and distribute clinical products according to production orders.
• Pick and pack items while adhering to GMP and SOP procedures (training provided).
• Maintain high accuracy, productivity and product integrity.
• Report any health, safety or quality concerns promptly.
• Uphold excellent housekeeping and safe working practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or production environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict processes.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physically capable of manual tasks and comfortable in temperature‑controlled areas.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.

Required skills

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) awareness.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
