Paediatric Occupational Therapist – South West London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a well‑established service in South West London. You will work across both clinic and school settings, delivering child‑centred therapeutic care to children with a range of developmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delay and cerebral palsy.
• Complete Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) assessments and produce detailed reports.
• Collaborate closely with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate clinical records.

Required profile

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate paediatric experience.
• Experience working with autistic children, ADHD, developmental delay and cerebral palsy.
• Confidence in completing EHCP assessments and report writing.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Sensory Integration training – completion of Module 1.
• Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) training (desirable).
• Experience delivering therapy in both clinic and school environments.
