About the role
We are looking for recent graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in a secondary school environment. The position is paid, flexible and designed to give you a solid foundation for a future career in teaching, education, psychology or youth work.
Key responsibilities
- Support students during lessons, either whole‑class, in small groups or one‑to‑one.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management.
- Provide pastoral or SEN support where needed.
- Experience a variety of subjects, year groups and school settings.
Required profile
- A degree in any discipline.
- Genuine interest in working with young people.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work school hours (full‑time or part‑time).
