Paid Media Executive

About the role

We are recruiting for a Paid Media Executive to join an in‑house digital marketing team for a global business based in Crewe. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you will develop and execute paid search and paid social strategies, focusing on lead generation and maximising ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign strategies to achieve lead‑generation and ROI goals.
• Drive campaigns that acquire high‑quality leads.
• Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and international markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report insights to align objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a paid media role.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Strong ability to interpret data and use insights for campaign optimisation.
• Experience creating compelling ad creatives and conversion‑focused landing pages.
