Paid Media Executive – Social (UK)

About the role

Join Kyra’s paid media team to manage day‑to‑day paid social campaigns on TikTok and Instagram for leading consumer brands. You will work closely with the Director of Paid Media and paid media managers, handling execution, optimisation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, monitor and optimise paid social campaigns in Meta (Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Pull, clean and shape campaign data into clear performance reports, identifying issues early.
• Create client‑ready decks and performance summaries in partnership with paid media managers.
• Track pacing and budgets across live accounts to ensure spend aligns with plans.
• Maintain campaign hygiene, including naming conventions, tracking setup and quality assurance before launch.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on paid social experience, preferably at an agency.
• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, having set up and optimised live campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• UK‑based, ideally in or around London, with strong deck‑building skills in Google Slides, PowerPoint or similar.
