Paid Social Manager

About the role

The Fragrance Shop is expanding its digital team and seeks a Paid Social Manager to lead paid social efforts across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. In this full‑time, office‑based position you will own strategy, execution and optimisation of campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand engagement for a leading UK fragrance retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the Paid Social strategy for Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage budgets, bids, audience segmentation and targeting to maximise ROAS.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns for product launches, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Brief and collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyse performance data and report weekly/monthly KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC and conversions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and emerging trends to keep the strategy innovative.
• Work closely with E‑commerce, CRM, SEO and Paid Search teams to deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns either in‑house or agency‑side.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering performance‑driven results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in a retail or fast‑paced eCommerce environment is preferred.
