Paid Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Paid Social Media Manager to join a well‑established retail and distribution group. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will lead the paid social function, driving performance across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Analyse performance data using GA4 and Looker Studio to inform strategy.
• Manage budgets, bids and audience segmentation to maximise ROI.
• Brief and oversee creative production, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Deep understanding of performance optimisation, creative best practices and audience targeting.
• Experience handling budgets, bids and audience segmentation.
