Painter/Decorator – Student Accommodation (Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Painter/Decorator to join our team at a busy student accommodation site in Glasgow. This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate and provides all necessary tools and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, priming, and cleaning.
• Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Carry out minor repair work prior to painting.
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and complete work to high‑quality standards within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential painting and decorating.
• Strong attention to detail and high‑quality finishing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time‑management and reliability.
