Panel Wireman

About the role

First Achieve Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Wireman to join its team in Glasgow. This position offers the chance to work with a leading switchgear manufacturer, contributing to the assembly and testing of high‑quality electrical panels.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings to wire panels accurately.
• Perform panel wiring, common control wiring, and PLC wiring.
• Fit copper busbars and assemble switchgear, switchboards, distribution boards and MCCs.
• Carry out occasional site work across the UK as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in panel wiring and switchgear fit‑outs.
• Solid background in electrical installations within an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently and follow health & safety standards.
