Panel Wireperson – Electrical Assembly (Stafford)

About the role

Adsyst Automation Ltd is expanding its new control‑panel workshop in Stafford and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Panel Wirepersons. The role involves assembling, wiring and testing control panels for large utilities and transportation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and wire control panels according to design specifications.
• Carry out electrical installation, testing and commissioning of panels.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve any technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience or a strong interest in panel wiring and fabrication.
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC, HNC/HND, 18th edition) are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in service & support, electrical installation or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week in an onsite workshop setting.
