About the role

Our Paralegal Graduate Scheme offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into the legal profession. Based in Liverpool and starting on 3 August 2026, the programme combines a five‑week intensive training week in Manchester with on‑the‑job experience supporting our personal injury team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with drafting witness statements, claim forms and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather factual evidence for personal injury claims.
• Communicate with clients, keeping them informed of case progress.
• Support the preparation of court bundles and attend client meetings.
• Maintain accurate case files and update internal tracking systems.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a strong interest in personal injury law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Resilience and willingness to work hard in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
