Paralegal – Residential Property

About the role

Our client, a top‑100 law firm in Richmond, is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their Residential Property team. You will support Legal Advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial client contact to post‑completion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Open and manage case files using the firm’s Case Management System.
• Provide cost estimates to new clients and prepare client correspondence.
• Handle pre‑exchange, post‑exchange, registration, and post‑completion tasks, including stamping and scheduling deeds.
• Process purchase applications, offers for sale, and draft/negotiate transactional documentation.
• Progress sales from application loading to completion and generate monthly/quarterly status reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential property law.
• Degree‑level education.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Case Management System proficiency
