About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our Residential Property team in Marlow. You will work alongside experienced solicitors, supporting a diverse client base that ranges from first‑time buyers to seasoned investors.

Key responsibilities

Assist solicitors throughout residential property transactions.
Prepare legal documentation, correspondence and client letters.
Communicate with clients, lenders and third‑party professionals during each stage of a transaction.
Provide general administrative support to the department.
Participate in ongoing training to expand legal knowledge.

Required profile

Law degree or significant experience in a residential property environment.
Organised, proactive and keen to develop legal expertise.
Accurate and fast data‑entry abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
