Paraplanner – Boutique Wealth Management – £35k‑£45k

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join a boutique independent financial advice firm serving high‑net‑worth clients across London and the South East. The role is hybrid after an initial onboarding period and offers a clear pathway towards chartered status.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end financial reports and advice documentation.
• Collaborate with advisers to compile recommendations and perform cash‑flow modelling.
• Assist with annual client reviews and maintain accurate client records.
• Support the team leader and senior administrators in day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• At least 18 months of paraplanning experience.
• Currently studying towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Fusion platform.
• Experience using Abrdn, AJ Bell, Cashcal or FE Analytics.
