Paraplanner – Bromley (office based) – up to £45,000

About the role

We are seeking a Paraplanner to join a well‑established wealth management firm in Bromley. This office‑based position offers a clear career path with support to achieve a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate suitability reports and client correspondence to meet deadlines.
• Conduct comparative and technical research to support adviser recommendations.
• Assist advisers in verifying compliance and suitability of advice.
• Review clients’ overall financial position using fact‑find information.
• Process ongoing client reviews in line with service standards.
• Liaise with the administration team on new business implementation.
• Investigate and respond to client queries accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in paraplanning.
• Working towards or already holding a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Good understanding of financial products, including pensions and investments.
• Strong analytical ability and clear technical commentary.
• Well‑organised with capacity to manage multiple cases.
• Commitment to a long‑term career in financial planning.

• Knowledge of financial products and services (pensions, investments, protection).
