Paraplanner & Client Manager – Financial Planning

About the role

Brevere Group is seeking an experienced Paraplanner/Client Manager to join its wealth‑management team in Bishop's Stortford. You will work closely with the Principal to deliver holistic financial planning services to high‑net‑worth clients, covering retirement, investment, estate and tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations across retirement, investment, estate and tax planning.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for advisors, clients and introducers.
• Prepare cash‑flow models and utilise financial planning software to support client proposals.
• Manage complex pension transfers, divorce settlements, VCT/EIS/BPR investments and discretionary portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with the Principal to shape and enhance the firm’s service offering.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner status (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in technical/paraplanning work for sophisticated HNW clients.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to advisors and clients.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of managing introducer relationships.
