Paraplanner – Financial Planning Role

About the role

This Paraplanner position is with a fast‑growing financial planning firm. You will support advisers by delivering high‑quality research, suitability reports and cash‑flow modelling, helping the business meet rising client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and conduct detailed research for client cases.
• Support financial advisers with new and existing client work.
• Produce and interpret cash‑flow models to inform recommendations.
• Work to tight deadlines in a busy, collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices via Teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• Proven Paraplanner experience within financial services.
• Strong cash‑flow modelling experience.
• Desirable experience with IO or similar systems and other financial planning software tools.

What we offer

• Salary £40,000‑£50,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
