Paraplanner – Financial Planning Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning practice in Bromley. Working closely with experienced advisers, a senior paraplanner and a junior colleague, you will deepen your technical expertise across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters for client cases.
• Research and analyse pension, investment and protection products.
• Support advisers with technical and administrative aspects of financial plans.
• Review existing client arrangements and develop tailored recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial planning reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a paraplanning role.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified or actively working towards completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ambitious and keen to continue professional development.
