Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning financial planning firm in Altrincham, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team on a permanent basis. Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will help deliver high‑quality, compliant financial planning support and tailor solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and customise high‑quality suitability reports based on adviser recommendations.
• Conduct in‑depth research across a wide range of financial products to support optimal client outcomes.
• Produce compliant, well‑structured suitability letters.
• Assist advisers in delivering bespoke financial planning strategies.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or nearing completion) – essential.
• Experience working with High Net Worth clients – desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge across core areas of financial planning.
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills.
