Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support

About the role

We are looking for a Paraplanner to provide technical support to our financial advisers in Newcastle upon Tyne. After initial training you will work hybrid, splitting time between home and the office while earning a solid base salary and performance‑based bonus. The role offers a clear pathway to become a Financial Adviser with funding for further exams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth product research to inform financial strategies.
• Write detailed reports that underpin adviser recommendations.
• Collaborate with advisers to understand client objectives, risks and circumstances.
• Assist in developing tailored financial planning strategies.
• Support advisers before and after client meetings to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification (or close to completion).
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Interest in helping people achieve their financial goals.
