About the role
We are partnering with an Independent Financial Adviser firm based in High Wycombe to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Financial Planner and be part of a small pod of four, primarily from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist financial planners in preparing financial plans, investment strategies and recommendations.
- Conduct research on investment products, pensions, tax and other financial matters.
- Analyse client data to support financial recommendations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain client documentation, reports and case progress tracking.
- Liaise with clients, providers and other professionals as required.
Required profile
- Level 4 diploma in regulated financial planning.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a paraplanning role.
What we offer
- Salary up to £55,000 per year.
- 3‑5 days a week working from home (remote).
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

- Study support to achieve Chartered status.
