Paraplanner – Hybrid role in Bracknell

About the role
Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced, Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to join its Bracknell team. The role offers hybrid working (two days in the office) and a salary of up to £45,000 plus share options.
Key responsibilities
- Support advisers across a wide range of advice cases.
- Conduct technical research and analyse financial solutions.
- Prepare cash‑flow plans and contribute to client recommendations.
- Work on a pooled paraplanning function, gaining exposure to multiple advisers and case types.
Required profile
- Level 4 qualification in paraplanning or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technical research, cash‑flow planning and financial analysis.
- Ability to collaborate closely with advisers and contribute to the advice process.
