Paraplanner – Hybrid role with early Friday finish

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a respected independent financial planning firm. The role offers a hybrid working model with just one day a week in the office and an early finish every Friday, providing flexibility while supporting high‑quality client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed, personalised suitability reports for a diverse client base.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.
• Build and maintain accurate cash‑flow models to support holistic advice.
• Prepare recommendations and liaise with clients, accountants and solicitors.
• Assist with advice implementation while upholding FCA and Consumer Duty standards.
• Support Financial Planners throughout the advice process from recommendation to implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment.
• Strong understanding of UK financial products, regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior planners and external professionals.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
