About the role

Recruit Wealth is seeking a Paraplanner to join its fast‑growing Leeds hub. You will work closely with experienced Financial Planners to deliver high‑quality, personalised financial planning solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports for client advice.
• Research financial products, providers and strategies in detail.
• Support Financial Planners with client reviews and ongoing planning needs.
• Act as the technical point of contact for planner and client queries.
• Submit applications to providers and manage related documentation.
• Maintain accurate, compliant and well‑presented client records.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA and internal standards.

Required profile

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial advice.
• Diploma‑level qualification (highly desirable).
• Strong analytical, research and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Intelligent Office (highly desirable).
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
