Paraplanner progressing to Financial Planner – £42k + Bonus – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Paraplanner in Devon who is ready to step up into a Financial Planner position. You will inherit a client portfolio worth around £40m AUM and receive full training, mentoring and support to become a successful adviser.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established client bank of approximately £40m AUM.
• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, estate and intergenerational wealth planning.
• Collaborate with the firm’s technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and client service.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional outcomes.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Paraplanner with a desire to progress to a Financial Planner role.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and committed to professional development.
• Ability to work autonomously while benefiting from a supportive advisory infrastructure.
