About the role
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a well‑established independent financial adviser (IFA) in Hillingdon. The position offers a clear pathway to become a Chartered Advisor, supported by study assistance and a hybrid working model.
Key responsibilities
- Produce suitability reports for client recommendations.
- Conduct technical research and analysis to underpin financial advice.
- Maintain accurate client files and records.
- Support advisors in developing tailored financial strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience working as a Paraplanner.
- A strong desire to progress to an Advisor role.
- Commitment to obtaining chartered status.
