Paraplanner – £39k plus benefits

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join our Farnborough office. You will support a team of advisers delivering comprehensive wealth planning services to high‑net‑worth clients, retirees and SME owners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review client reports covering pensions, investments, tax planning and retirement cash‑flow modelling.
• Assist advisers with the preparation of recommendations for VCT, EIS and protection products.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with administrators and senior paraplanners to deliver timely client solutions.
• Contribute to the development of client proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of pension administration, investment products and tax considerations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Motivation to progress towards a client‑facing adviser role.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
