Paraplanner – Up to £40k Salary, Study Support & Career Progression

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Paraplanner to join a well‑established wealth‑management practice in Bromley. Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers and a Senior Paraplanner, you will develop your technical expertise, progress towards a Level 4 Diploma, and build a long‑term career in financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters to agreed deadlines.
• Conduct technical and comparative research across pensions, investments and protection solutions.
• Support Advisers in ensuring advice remains compliant and suitable for client objectives.
• Review client fact‑finds and analyse overall financial positions.
• Assist with annual reviews and ongoing servicing requirements.
• Liaise with administration teams for implementation of new business.
• Investigate and respond to client and adviser queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a Paraplanning role.
• Working towards, or already holding, the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Good understanding of pensions, investments and broader financial‑planning products.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Genuine desire to build a long‑term career in financial planning.
