Paraplanner – Up to £50k with progression potential

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join our well‑established financial planning firm in Surrey. Working closely with a senior Adviser, you will support the delivery of high‑quality, compliant advice across pensions, investments and client servicing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical suitability reports, portfolio valuations and performance reports.
• Conduct research and build investment proposals for client review meetings.
• Support the senior Adviser with report writing from basic to highly technical cases.
• Assist the administration team when required and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a paraplanning role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a client‑focused mindset.
• Desire to progress towards an Adviser role.
• Level 4 Diploma desirable but not essential.
