Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Bath & Exeter)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a respected wealth management firm that is expanding across the South West. The role offers a clear pathway to Chartered status and the possibility of progressing into a Financial Adviser position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review client financial plans and reports.
• Support Chartered Financial Planners with research, analysis and documentation.
• Assist in the development of client proposals and investment recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to advisory discussions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a wealth management or financial planning environment.
• Motivation to achieve Chartered Paraplanner status and further qualifications.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to professional development and career progression.
