Paraplanner – Wealth Management

About the role

Our Edinburgh and Inverurie teams are expanding and we are looking for a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to join Titan Wealth. You will support advisers by producing high‑quality suitability reports and ensuring our planning templates remain accurate and fit‑for‑purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements, develop cash‑flow models and record data accurately.
• Construct financial planning solutions covering investments, retirement, long‑term care, tax and inheritance tax.
• Prepare letters, reports and manage client files throughout the advice process.
• Update client reviews, investment performance and supporting documentation.
• Service day‑to‑day client needs via phone, email and meetings, presenting recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Financial Planning team to complete application forms and keep clients informed.
• Liaise with external advisers such as solicitors and accountants to implement action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) and a commitment to stay current with compliance and regulatory changes.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Excellent administrative, research, report‑writing and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills.
