Paraplanner – Wealth Management Support

About the role

This full‑time Paraplanner position supports a respected wealth‑management firm in Redcar. You will work closely with advisers, client relationship managers and compliance teams to deliver high‑quality technical support across pensions, investments, protection and wealth‑planning services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Wealth Management Consultants and Senior Advisers.
• Prepare and review suitability reports, recommendation letters and client documentation.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis on pensions, investments and protection products.
• Assist with cash‑flow modelling and tax‑efficient planning strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA standards.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma or certification in Financial Planning or Paraplanning.
• Previous experience in a Paraplanner role.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Proven ability to write suitability reports and conduct financial‑planning research.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
