Paraplanning Manager – Path to Directorship

About the role

Financial Divisions, a respected chartered wealth management firm, is seeking a Paraplanning Manager who will lead the technical team today and progress towards a board‑level directorship as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, mentor and develop the paraplanning and administration teams through regular one‑to‑one meetings.
• Allocate workloads, manage resources and support recruitment to sustain team growth.
• Oversee workflow across the business, identifying efficiency gains and maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Collaborate closely with advisers to deliver a superior client experience.
• Provide technical guidance, ensure high‑quality report writing and uphold compliance standards.
• Contribute to business strategy, operational planning and the firm’s long‑term direction.

Required profile

• Current Senior Paraplanner, Paraplanning Team Leader, or experienced paraplanner with a strong mentoring mindset.
• Ambitious, with a desire to influence senior leadership and eventually sit at the board table.
• Proven ability to develop people and drive operational excellence.
