Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver, based at the Hatfield depot. You will be responsible for moving parcels safely and efficiently, ensuring customers receive their items on time while representing the brand with a friendly, reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes each day.
• Perform essential vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses across the assigned area.
• Provide a courteous, dependable service for both personal and business deliveries.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation.

Required skills

• Driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) with clean driving record.

What we offer

• Starting salary £25,201 per year (£12.71 / hour) rising to £27,561 after 6 months and up to £30,000 with overtime.
