Part II Architectural Assistant – High‑rise Residential Projects

About the role

Our client is an award‑winning, design‑led architecture practice seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their London studio. You will work on high‑rise residential and mixed‑use schemes, supporting project teams from planning through to technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of high‑rise residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Support planning applications, design development and the preparation of technical packages.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, 3D models and presentation material.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and local authorities.
• Contribute across multiple RIBA stages.

Required profile

• Part II qualification with 2–3 years of UK practice experience.
• Experience on high‑rise residential or large‑scale residential projects.
• Good understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
• Strong design and technical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.

Required skills

• Revit proficiency (essential).
