Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) – Verwood

About the role
Our client, an independent accountancy practice in Verwood, is looking for a motivated part‑qualified ACA or ACCA accountant. You will join a friendly team and work with a varied portfolio of SMEs and individuals, gaining hands‑on experience across accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and tax returns.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Handle bookkeeping and VAT return preparation
- Produce personal tax returns
- Provide day‑to‑day support to clients and answer queries
- Assist senior staff on larger client assignments
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA student (part‑qualified)
- Minimum 1.5 years of practice experience
- Strong communication and client‑service skills
- Organised, accurate and able to meet deadlines
