Part-time Bookkeeper

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Bookkeeper to support a growing manufacturing client in Deeside during a period of absence. This temporary position will help keep the finance department running smoothly and ensure accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Assist with month‑end reporting and basic financial analysis.
• Maintain organised and accurate documentation.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Respond to queries related to financial transactions.
• Collaborate with wider teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably bookkeeping.
• Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective time‑management and deadline‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
