Part Time Branch Assistant

About the role

Booker Group is looking for a motivated Part Time Branch Assistant to join its team at Clay Flatts Trading Estate. You will work three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday) in a fast‑moving retail environment, helping customers find the products they need and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the shop floor and checkout.
• Maintain well‑stocked shelves and ensure product availability.
• Accurately pick and prepare items for delivery orders.
• Operate tills, handle transactions and process payments.
• Support the team in keeping the store clean, safe and organised.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Minimum age of 17 years.
• Experience in a wholesale or retail setting is desirable.
