Part time Class 1 Driver

About the role

Join Tesco as a Class 1 HGV driver and become the face of our brand on the road. You will deliver products to stores across the East Midlands, enjoy flexible shift patterns and represent Tesco with a friendly, professional attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle to deliver goods to Tesco stores.
• Ensure deliveries arrive on time and in good condition.
• Represent the Tesco brand positively while interacting with store staff and colleagues.
• Follow scheduled routes and shift patterns, reporting any issues to the distribution centre.
• Adhere to all road safety and company compliance standards.

Required profile

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Driver Card.
• At least 12 months continuous Class 1 driving experience.
