Part-time Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well‑established organisation in Hemel Hempstead on a part‑time, hybrid basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email and online channels while supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email and online enquiries.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information.
• Update internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Support the wider team with a range of administrative tasks.
• Resolve enquiries wherever possible at the first point of contact.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–3 years previous customer service experience within an office‑based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
