About the role
Join a welcoming primary school in Camden as a Part‑Time EYFS Teacher. You will work 2.5 days a week, delivering play‑based, child‑centred learning for children at the start of their educational journey.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s personal, social, emotional and academic development.
- Use observations and assessments to inform next steps in learning.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the wider Early Years team to maintain high standards.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching within the EYFS.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A nurturing, enthusiastic and child‑centred approach.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
