About the role
Join Levi’s as a Key Holder and become the essential link between our iconic denim products and customers. This part‑time position (16 hours per week) offers a dynamic store environment where ideas and change are celebrated.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑level customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
- Support store management with daily tasks, visual standards, and stockroom organization.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve personal targets and KPIs.
- Assist with deliveries, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
- Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and team‑player mindset.
- Experience managing a shop‑floor team.
