Part-time Keyholder (20 hrs)

About the role

As a Keyholder for Levi’s, you will be the essential link between our products and customers, working 20 hours per week in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll support stylists, ensure smooth store operations, and help deliver the brand’s high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑level customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Assist store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties, and stockroom organization.
• Motivate and support the sales team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Provide guidance and development opportunities for team members.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with deliveries.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and teamwork mindset.
• Experience supervising or managing a shop‑floor team.
