Part-time Keyholder (20 hrs/week)

About the role

As a Keyholder at Levi’s you will work 20 hours per week in a dynamic store environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists and management team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service in line with brand values.
• Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve personal targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong visual standards and assist with stockroom organization and deliveries.
• Provide coaching and development support to team members.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.
• Experience managing a team on the shop floor.
• Ability to work flexibly in a part‑time, on‑site role.
