Part Time Night Receptionist

About the role
Join the front‑office team at an Accor hotel and be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the night shift. You will ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience, handle audit tasks and maintain the security of guest accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, process check‑ins and check‑outs, and respond promptly to their requests.
- Complete nightly audit tasks according to the Night Auditor’s checklist.
- Maintain accurate guest and hotel accounts, posting charges in a timely manner.
- Apply strict security procedures for credit transactions, key issuance and guest confidentiality.
- Promote hotel facilities and upsell services using product knowledge.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management or supervisors.
Required profile
- Availability to work night shifts (11 pm – 7:18 am), including weekends and bank holidays.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a courteous and efficient service style.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
