About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Part‑Time Sales Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in Moreton‑in‑Marsh. You will work closely with buyers and sellers, building relationships and guiding clients through the entire property sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Register buyers and match them with suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and progress sales to completion.
- Generate new business through prospecting and relationship building.
- Maintain regular contact with buyers, sellers and solicitors throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Residential Sales Negotiator.
- Proven ability to generate and win new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, confident appearance and self‑motivated attitude.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
