Part-Time Store Colleague

About the role

A part-time Store Colleague position in Bedford, within a fast-paced retail environment. You will play an active role on the shop floor, helping customers feel valued and supported while keeping the store running smoothly. Key responsibilities

• Greet customers confidently, give product information and support, and help achieve team sales objectives by recommending suitable products and complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised.
• Replenish stock so products are available and correctly displayed.
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Support additional duties and tasks as reasonably required.
