Part-Time Store Supervisor – Retail (Edinburgh, IN)

About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team of its outlet store in Edinburgh, IN. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and support revenue growth.
- Coach, mentor and develop store associates to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
- Maintain compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer and teammate satisfaction.
- Ability to follow store directives and uphold brand values.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
- Must be 18 years or older.
